Double clicking Phone in eBusiness Center gives error message APP-AST-207496 APP-AST-207496 This phone number cannot be dialed. Please check that the number is valid and you have access to Universal Work Queue Media functionality,
Even though the profile option OTS: Enable dialing from eBusiness Center is set to No at the site level. Expected functionality is that when this profile option is turned off, double clicking the Phone fields in eBC will do nothing. Sometimes the users double click in this field by accident, and it causes the error message and confusion.

The users think that if the profile option is set to No, that double clicking should not give any message. Setting it to No indicates that the functionality is turned off, so a double click should not attempt to dial a number or give any error message. Even though we have it off, if they accidentally double click in the field it gives them an error message, which slows down their work in the system and causes confusion.

Even when this profile is on, the same error message is displayed, so aside from the green underline there is no apparent change in functionality when the profile is set to No

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
