Can Edit Mandate When Mandate Screen Is Navigated To From AR Customer Inquiry Responsibility

Find that when navigating to the Debit Authorization screen from the AR Customer Inquiry (read only) responsibility, we are able to update the mandate details.

When using an Inquiry only responsibility, we expect the mandate to be non updateable.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. 030-CSR-DEB-Administratie > Customer Inquiry
2. Search customer:For example: 1841
3. Button = Details
Since this is an inquiry responsibility/menu, the user is unable to change any of the options / values.
4. Site details:
Payment Details > Debit Authorization
It is possible to change all the values in the Debit Authorization screen.
