In Service Request form > Contacts / Addresses tab:
User is unable to select Bill To and Ship To address from LOV.

1. Create Service Request
2. Go to Contacts/ Addresses Tab
3. Try to Select Address from the LOV
4. Error "FRM-41050: You cannot update this record"
