Symptoms
Attempting a permanent global deployment, throws this error

"The mandatory argument organization_id value cannot be null Cause: The mandatory argument organization_id has either not been specified or has been explicitly set to null in the API hr_pdt_bus.chk_organization_id . Action: Either specify a value for the organization_id argument which is not null or contact your local support representative. "
Steps to Reproduce:
1. US Super HRMS Manager>People>Global Deployment
2. Search for EMP# 12 under Vision Canada.
3. Click Go
4. Select Permanent> Next
5. Person Type=Employee, Next,
6. Retrieve Only Position "125.TestAK", this will automatically bring Dept and Job associated to it. The position can be shared, so you can assign more than one employee.
7. Click Next and give Assignment as Active, Click Next.
8. Review Page.
9. Click Submit, following errors
"The mandatory argument organization_id value cannot be null Cause: The mandatory argument organization_id has either not been specified or has been explicitly set to null in the API hr_pdt_bus.chk_organization_id . Action: Either specify a value for the organization_id argument which is not null or contact your local support representative. "
