Symptoms

Org Specific Tax Location package generation fails for new Orgs, if you have applied the tax cumulative patch #26 (Bug 2224651). This happens when the user tries to modify the location key flexfield structure through the AR System Options window or when a user tries to run the ARFXPL commands from OS prompt to generate these packages. This error occurred because of a fix in "fxp" files that was made for GSCC errors.
