Changing Contract Header Status Also Changes Contract Line Status (Doc ID 181133.1)

You are using the 'Change Status' procedure. As an example, say you have selected a contract that is in 'Active' status and changed the status to 'Hold'. You are expecting to see only the status of the Header, not the status of the Lines to change. However, all of the Lines also change to 'Hold' status.

Responsibility: Service Contracts Manager  
Navigation: Launch Contracts > Find contract with 'Active' status > Place the cursor in a Header field > Tools > Change Status
Change the Status from 'Active' to 'Hold'
