Purpose

To assist in the resolution of an ORA-06508 error while trying to navigate from the Order Header to the Order Lines Tab in the Sales Order Form.

Scope

This document will discuss how to diagnose which defaulting rule is causing the issue, and describe in detail how to fix the most common offending defaulting rule record.
