Symptoms

When trying to post an intercompany journal batch, posting fails with:

PPOS0002: Posting terminated with fatal errors for intercompany journal
PPOS0238: glpmni(): Could not create new net income account <CODE COMBINATION>.
Please choose an existing combination.
