When trying to assign account ranges to a budget organization, the following error occurs.

APP-SQLGL-08029: This account range overlaps another range with the same currency in this set of books.

This happens regardless of the range that is entered.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigate to Budget Organization
2. Attempt to add an account range.
