You submit the Program - Automatic Reversal, but the process completes in error.
You can see the following error messages in the log file:

SHRD0014: GLPREV - process exiting with failure.
SHRD0199: Error calling glprevs_reverse_header( ).
PREV0004: Invalid header

A journal header can only be reversed if it is marked for reversal
