Symptoms

Future dated Service Contracts are not changing from 'Signed' to 'Active' status when the contracts Start Date is reached.

Active Service Contracts are not changing from 'Active' to 'Expired' status after the contracts End Date has passed. 

Service Contracts are not changing from 'Active' to 'Terminated' status after the contract is Terminated either manually or by actions taken in Installed Base like returning, transferring or expiring the item instance.

Note: The above statements all refer to a contract, but the same applies to contract Lines and Sublines and their dates and statuses,

This is most common on new instances where the user was unaware that running this program was required.
