Service Availability Not Functioning Properly For Covered Items (Doc ID 187717.1)

Symptoms

You have set up a Service Availability restriction so that only certain products or parties are valid with a particular service line. However, when selecting "Covered Item" as the subline for a Service, it allows you to select any item. even those that are invalid for the line (as set up in the Service Availability screen). You are expecting that when a Service Availability restriction is set-up so that only certain products or parties are valid with a particular service line, it will restrict the selection to only specified parties or products, regardless of whether the subline is a covered product or covered item.
