Cannot View Reports after Failover

Trying to view the output of a Report generates the Error: An error occurred while attempting to establish an Applications File Server connection.
There may be a network configuration problem, or the TNS listener may not be running on <nodename>" You noticed that the system has failed over because the Concurrent > Manager > Administer - Internal Manager Node now reflects that Failover Machine name.
