RMA Orders Error 'Multiple RMA split lines found in OM for the RMA Order.' (Doc ID 1900067.1)

Symptoms

On : 12.1.3 version, Support Codes

RMA Orders got stuck in FULFILLED status due to having Install Base errors.

There are RMA order which got stuck because of Install base errors and not able to clear the errors to close the RMA orders.

"Multiple RMA split lines found in OM for the RMA Order."



STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1) Perform an RMA on 5 quantity

2) Receipt 1 quantity at a time, and perform one by one for others.

3) RMA Transaction is not interfaced with IB but errors
