After performing an LPN Split transaction through the Packing Workbench form (WMSPACWB), the Actual Fill Rate shown in the lines tab of the Wave Workbench form (WMSWVPWB) is incorrect.
Issue reported when using Rule Based Planning as planning method.
The issue can be replicated per the following steps:
1. Create, plan and release a wave
2. Perform a Paper Based Pick in the mobile to load the material into an LPN
3. Perform the drop step in the mobile
4. Go to the Packing Workbench in desktop
5. Perform an LPN Split to split 10 among 24 into a new lpn
6. Go to the Wave Workbench
Go to Lines tab
See two records for the related sales order line with Line Status=Staged/Pick Confirmed and with the following:
Requested | Line Progr | Planned Fill Rate | Actual Fill Rate
14 | blank/empty | 100 | 100
10 | In Packing | 100 | 240
** For the second line, Actual Fill Rate should be 100 instead of 240.
Due to this issue, users are getting confused and are not confident with Wave Planning functionality.
