One Time Address Attachment Getting Copied To Purchase Order Line - Should Be Copied To Purchase Order Shipment - Or Not Copying At All (Doc ID 1900775.1)

On : 12.1.3 version,

Using the one time address functionality in iProcurement, the requisition line attachment is being attached to the purchase order line.

This is incorrect, as the One Time Address becomes an attachment on the requisition line and then is transferred to the Purchase Order Shipment.

There is also a scenario - where the one time address is not being copied from the requisition to the purchase order - at all.

Replication Steps:
1. Create a requisition in iprocurement and enter a one time address.
2. Approve the requisition and find that the attachment is present on the requisition line.
3. Autocreate the purchase requisition line and find that the attachment is transferred to the purchase order line (rather than the purchase order shipment) - or its not copied at all.
