Error: "The IMAP server is currently unavailable" When Activating SSL Enabled Email Accounts (Doc ID 1900983.1)

Symptoms

When attempting to enable an SSL configured email account, the following error occurs:

"The IMAP server is currently unavailable."


Steps

1.  Email Center Administrator responsibility

2.  Administration > Email Accounts > Summary

3.  Select Update icon for account to be activated

4.  On the Update Email Account page, enable the account by selecting Active from the Status LOV

5.  Select Apply
