Symptoms

Receiving Value Report (POXRRCVV) ends in error. The log file shows the following errors:

Error:
REP-0069: Internal error
REP-57054: In-process job terminated:Terminated with error:
REP-1419: MSG-00001: before report
MSG-00999: 120: ORA-01086: savepoint 'CALCULATE_INVENTORYVALUE_PUB' never established
ORA-06512: at "APPS.CST_INVENTORY_PUB", line 352
ORA-01502: index 'SYS.I_WRI$_OPTSTAT_TAB_OBJ#_ST' or partition of such index is in unusable state
MSG-00999: POXRRCVV >X Fri May 2 15:16:27 2014
REP-1419: 'beforereport': PL/SQL program aborted.

Replication Steps:

1. Using a Purchasing responsibility, navigate to Reports- Run- Single Request
2. Submit the Receiving Value Report (POXRRCVV)
3. It ends in error.
