Troubleshooting Steps
 1. Unable to save segment data on any flexfield.
 2. Placing cursor on any flexfield field and receive an error comparable to: APP-01016:  Routine FDFRKS unknown structure id 50154 for flexfield or flexfield code APP ID 800.
 3. You are saving a record on the Assignment form and receive the following error: ‘Values have not been entered for one or more required segments'
 4. You receive a message/error on any form and the message indicates the segment name is in error, but you aren’t sure which flexfield the segment is on to setup.  
 5. Entering Assignment form and receive the following error: APP-01022 The flexfield on this field contains a flexfield bind variable with a :block.field reference.
 6. Saving Assignment record, receive the following error: APP-00716 The combination table for this flexfield contains more than 1 entry that matches the values.
 7. Running concurrent process ‘Create Key Flexfield DB Items’ and receive the following error: ORA-20001 Database items includes reserved words or characters.
 8. The flexfields EEO Category and EEO Function aren’t functioning.  
 9. Unable to open any key or descriptive flexfield window on any form.  
 10. Upon compiling a flexfield, you receive the following error: “The Flexfield view generator cannot create a view with more than 256 Columns.”
 11. Upon submitting a concurrent request, there is no list of values (LOV) on a parameter field.
