On 12.1 HRMS RUP6 version, Oracle Advanced Benefits
When attempting to check the "Denied" check box for either Employee Supplemental Life or Spouse Supplemental Life, the following error occurs:
Verify your setup. If the problem still persists, please contact your Support Representative.
Steps to Reproduce:
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Go to responsibility US Super HRMS Manager.
2. Navigate to People > Benefits Service Center and query the employee in question.
3. Select Person Enrollment Action Items from the Desktop Activities drop down menu.
4. Click the Certification button for the plan in question and check the "Denied" box.
5. Save the changes.
