Symptoms
Attempting to run the Create Accounting program and the Accounting Program (XLAACCUP) ends with the following error:
An internal error occurred. Please inform your system administrator or support representative that:
An internal error has occurred in the program xla_ae_code_combination_pkg.map_ccid. User-Defined Exception
FND debug log shows the following:
