Symptoms

On :  12.1.3 version, Batches

When attempting to complete batch
the following error occurs.

Unexpected User-Defined Exception occurred


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Batch – Actions > complete > agree data and time > Error occurs
