Symptoms
Spanish MWA, for an LOV from the item in the receipt process in the screen does not launch and shows as blank.
The following steps can be performed to re-produce ths issue:
1. Navigation -Mobile -> Inbound -> Item Receipt -> PO-> Item -> Select the LOV
2. The screen does not launch and shows as blank.
