NullPointerException When Trying To View Work Requests Or Work Orders in Self Service Pages (Doc ID 1901839.1)

Goal

On : 12.1.3 version, When attempting to view work requests or work orders, the following error occurs.

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1- search the asset number: maintenance super user responsibility > Assets (tab) > capital
2- select the asset number
3- click on 'view work request' or 'view work orders'
