How To Configure A Custom UWQ Node For A Service Request Tasks To Open The Service Request Form With The Task Selected. (Doc ID 1902057.1)

Goal

 This note aims to explain the additional set-up needed on a Custom (Universal Work Queue)UWQ node to open the Service Request Form with the Task Selected.

 

Note: Without the additional Customization the Task will NOT be selected in the Service Request Form.

Select a Seeded Node, open a task, the task is displayed on the SR form:

Select the Custom Node

Open a Task with the Source Document Type of Service Request.

The Service Request Form will open, but the selected Task in the UWQ, will not be highlighted.
