After Upgrade to R12, Budget Distribution Form Pops Up An Extra Decision Form While Query In Process Transaction (Doc ID 1902066.1)

Symptoms

Enter budgetary transactions and submit for approval, query transactions to see if the transactions get approved.
If the transactions are still 'In Process' status, the form will pop up a decision window and ask you if you want to 'Save', 'Cancel', or 'Discard' pending changes.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE:

  1. Federal Financials responsibility > enter budgetary transactions
  2. Submit for approval
  3. Status In Process - the form raises an additional decision window

Changes

 This behavior was not present in 11i , it appeared after R12 upgrade .
