Symptoms

After applying Patch 9954266, some AGIS Transaction lines are transferred to Payables with random numbers populated in FUN_DIST_LINES.DIST_NUMBER.

FUN_DIST_LINES.DIST_NUMBER is the same as DIST_ID except for user entered recipient distribution. For the user entered recipient distribution, the DIST_NUMBER is 1.
For the other distributions like the user entered initiator distribution and auto generated distributions, the DIST_NUMBER is the same as the DIST_ID.
