Stale Data Error While Creating Value For Multirow Uda In ISupplier Portal (Doc ID 1902184.1)

Symptoms

On Applications 12.1.3 :
Stale date error occurs when creating values for multi row UDA.

Error:
Error
Unable to perform transaction on the record.
Cause: The record contains stale data. Te record has been modified by another user.
Action: Cancel the transaction and re-query the record to get the new data.


Replication Steps:
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps.
1. Create an attribute group of multirow type
2. Add a row for the above created attribute group and click on save.
3. Delete the above created row and Do not click on save
4. Create another row and click on save. Stale date error occurs

Note that this happens only for the supplier user and not the buyer user.
