Goal

When using the guidance in <note 421872.1> to populate the 'Customer Care Email id ' parameter for Customer Care Email for DISPLAY_NAME = "Forget Login-Default"

The guidance in the note indicates that the [Customer care email id] needs to be updated with Oracle Workflow Developer to insert the required email address .


Is there an easier way to update the [Customer care email id] rather than use Oracle Workflow Developer, are there any alternative methods ?
