On Oracle Applications 12.2.3 version,
when attempting to login into Applications after upgrading from 11i to 12.2.3, the following error occurs:
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Upgrade from 11i to 12.2.3.
2. Confirm that the upgrade was completed successfully.
3. Check whether that autoconfig and Application services were running properly.
4. Access the Applications Login Page.
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot access the Applications login page.
