Why are Employee Mobile Phone Number Appearing In GROUP LOV causing a breach of sensitive data (Doc ID 1902900.1)

Expect that there should be an option to prevent Employee private mobile phone numbers from appearing anywhere within Service applications to prevent personal data breach

Steps to reproduce the issue:

(R) Human Resources --> People --> Maintain
Add Mobile Phone number for employee

Set profile Service: Employee Contact Point Options for a Service Request to ‘Show Only work contact point’ at Site level

Go to the Create SR form and click on the Owner List of Values (LOV) and see that the Mobile number is displayed for the employee


Is this profile supposed to filter out personal phone numbers from the LOV or should a new profile be created to filter the mobile phone numbers?

Expectation here is that Employee private mobile numbers should not appear anywhere within Service applications.
