iStore Direct Item Entry Error:'Application Error' is displayed when adding a specific Item to a Cart (Doc ID 1903081.1)

When attempting to add item AXxxxx994 to a cart using the Direct Item Entry screen  the following error occurs.

An application error occurs and the following error can be seen in the view source

java.lang.ArrayIndexOutOfBoundsException: 1
at _ibeCScdDirectEntry._jspService(
at com.orionserver.http.OrionHttpJspPage.service(


Caused by: oracle.apps.jtf.base.resources.FrameworkException: IPL: Price was not found on price list CSS Price for this item AXxxxx994 and uom EA.


The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to iStore > Cart> Direct Item Entry > Go(B)
2. Enter Item: AXxxxx994 > Add to Cart (B)
3. Error is returned
