Symptoms

On : 12.2.3 version, Price List

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
On price list line entry, there is a list of values (LOV) for the Product Value.
But when searching through the ‘Torch’ (Find functionality)
the List of Values (LOV ) for 'product value' shows null (no values).

ADDITIONAL SYMPTOMS (may or may not be present)
-----------------------------
Query the items on the price list, but system is not fetching any search results, even though the items are active and present on the price list.
From time to time, parts on a price list will disappear. Sometimes you'll have to exit completely out and re-login or change the responsibility

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Expect for the product value LOV to show values based upon the Product attribute context and Product attribute entered.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Responsibility: Oracle Pricing Manager
2. Navigate to: price list > price list setup
3. Query price list
4. Click on the torch icon
  Enter:
  Product attribute context: item
  Product attribute: all_items
click in field 'product value' and bring up the LOV
Null is shown in the LOV returned records window
Enter (manually) ALL for the 'product value" and click find (button).
The record for all_items is not shown.
5. Click on the torch icon
  enter
  Product attribute context: item
  Product attribute: first layer
click in field 'product value' and bring up the LOV
Null is shown in the LOV returned records window

WHAT DOES WORK
--------------------------
When querying an item in the price list, this can only be accomplished by searching with F11 + CRTL F11.
