On : 12.1.3 version, ACTIVITY
ACTUAL BEHAVIOR WITH EXAMPLE

Parent Meter P1 (<Meter Name1>) shows correct readings added up correctly, since
it increased by 43 (9050 – 9007 = 43), as expected. The parent was read on 07-apr (9050) and 03-apr (9007) and 07-apr
However, Child meter C1 (<Meter Name2>) 07-apr = 9055
reading for 03-apr = 8969

3. Base meter interval is 43
4. Parent meter reading adds up correctly for the next month
5. child meter readings do not up correctly
