Symptoms

On :  12.1.3 version, ACTIVITY

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR  WITH EXAMPLE

Parent Meter P1   (H.011.066-2871) shows correct readings added up correctly, since
  it increased by 43 (9050 – 9007 = 43),  as expected.  The parent was read on 07-apr (9050) and  03-apr (9007) and 07-apr

  However,  Child meter C1  (H.075.022-23441)  07-apr = 9055                      
                                                                reading for 03-apr = 8969                                      
                                                                                                -------
                                                                                                        86
 -> This is incorrect since the difference should be 43

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Parent meter reading should cascade down to the child

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

   1. Responsibility: Enterprise Asset Management
   2. Define parent/child assets and meters
   3. Base meter interval is 43
   4. Parent meter reading adds up correctly for the next month
   5. child meter readings do not up correctly
