Symptoms

On : 11.5.10.2 version, Interface Trip Stop

When attempting to ship confirm certain deliveries, either by using custom code which calls the Oracle API wsh_deliveries_pub.delivery_action or by ship confirming from the Shipping Transactions form,
the following error occurs.

ERROR

Warning: One or more lines on this delivery have not been pick released. These lines will be unassigned from this delivery if you continue

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigate to the shipping transactions form, and find the problematic delivery
2. Attempt to ship confirm this delivery
3. Above error results.

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot ship confirm the delivery. This results in a delayed shipment and an unhappy customer.
