Symptoms
On : 12.1.3 version, LOTSERATT
When attempting to do misc. transaction for item with expired lot, got following caution, but the transaction could be proceeded.
ERROR

The lot number has expired
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Inventory>Item, setup the lot shelf time
2. Go to Transctions>Misc. transaction, enter the expired lot, save the transaction, got the caution, but the transaction could be proceeded.
BUSINESS IMPACT

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot control the expired lot
