Claims settled in AR Cash Application as chargeback is not closed in Trade Management Automatically
Through AR cash application a claim investigation was created and then chargeback was applied
The system is not closing the claims after applying chargeback , they are still available for settlement.
Expect that as a Chargeback has been applied the claim is settled automatically
1. Create Claim
2. Create Chargeback in AR and apply to claim
3. Claim is not closed in TM
