The Service Request Charges Report shows unexpected / incorrect characters for amounts, including "n" in the place of decimal points.
(R) Service or Field Service Manager
(N) Service Requests > Create Service Request
- Query SR
- Go to Charges Tab
- Run Charges report
=> Numbers show special characters in thousands and decimal separators.
