PRC: Distribute Usage and Miscellaneous Costs

Symptoms

When attempting to run PRC: Distribute Usage and Miscellaneous Costs process,
the following error occurs.

ERROR
-----------------------
Program was terminated by signal 11

-This is an issue only in a newly created operating unit.   It works in the old operating units.

 


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Run PRC: Distribute Usage and Miscellaneous Costs process
2. Review the log file and see error:

Program was terminated by signal 11
