When querying back an existing SR in iSupport, HTML tags like '<BR>' are shown in the attachment's view link :
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1) iSupport Primary User and create a new SR
2) Add attachment
4) Query back SR and see the 'View Attachment'
