Unable To Record Invoice Transaction Flexfield Data When Reference Field Populated (Doc ID 1904324.1)

Users experiences an issue when they try to enter a manual transaction in the Transactions Workbench.
If the customer enters data in the reference field they are unable to populate the Invoice Transaction Flexfield data.
Issue only appears to affect manually entered transactions but impacts invoice entry as users typically tab through fields and enter in order.

All users who create transactions are affected.
