Error When Opening Personal Actions In Employee Self Service (Doc ID 1904422.1)

When employee opens Talent Profile from Employee Self Service and then selects the Personal Actions tab the following message is displayed:
"You must first select a person."

In order to open any actions in the Personal Actions tab the employee needs to go back to the Talent Profile Tab and select an action from the actions drop down menu and press Go.
This is understandable in Manager Self Service since the manager can select a number of employees to view but the employee can only view his own information in the personal acitons.

Why to select a person action from Talent Profile page first, when employee is accessing his/her own Talent Profile (through Employee Self-Services)?
