ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

iSupport Quick Find does not have Service Request Number

The LOV value "Service Request Number" is missing from the Quick Find section in iSupport after upgrading to R12.2.3.


EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

The LOV value "Service Request Number" should exist in the Quick Find section in iSupport after upgrading to R12.2.3

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Go to iSupport responsibility
2. On Home page, open the Quick Find drop down list
3. "Service Request Number" entry is missing from the LOV
