"Initial Transport Handling Unit ID is Required" Error When Creating a Copy of The Public "AUTO CALC" Order Config (Doc ID 1904812.1)

Symptoms

when saving a created copy of AUTO_CALC order configuration the following error results:
“Initial Transport Handling Unit ID is required”


Replication Steps:

Order Management -> Power Data - > Order Configuration -> Order Configuration
Query for id: AUTO_CALC
Select the record and click on copy order configuration
Name the new one: auto_calc_test
Click on “order base” then “order release” (make no changes)
Click finished
Error pops-up “Initial Transport Handling Unit ID is required”
