Symptoms
You are creating user defined setups specifically for JLT: Invoice Revenue.
Order Management (OM) passes positive and negative revenue lines from Order Management.
For the negative lines, you would like to change the Segment 2 value as follows:
AR Revenue : 20.5001101.0000.1119.000.00.0000.0000
SLA Revenue : 20.5001103.0000.1119.000.00.0000.0000
You define a Descriptive Flexfield (DFF): Line Transaction Flexfield using Attribute 11, but your custom Account Derivation Rule (ADR) is not firing, when the ADR condition is referencing source: Transaction Line Information Flexfield Attribute 11 - TRX_LINE_ATTR11.
You use the DFF to hold data in Attribute 11 to decide if an invoice revenue line qualifies to be picked up for processing by this ADR.
If the Transaction Line Flexfield Attribute 11 returns 1, then the ADR will fire. Otherwise, it does not qualify to fire.
The custom ADR is linked to the Journal Line Types (JLT) for the Invoice revenue.
Create accounting finishes successfully, but review of the Invoice revenue shows it did not take into account the value in the DFF, even though the Attribute 11 = 1.
