Materialized Views Related to Tender Performance Giving Incorrect Results

Symptoms
Reports were not correctly showing a total count for the total tender offers rejected even though the rpd is correct.
When inspecting the DDL for the MV found the following:
The following line of code in the DDL is cause of this issue; it is in the SELECT
clause for all of the following materialized view DDLs: SUM (1)
TOTAL_DECLINED .
This code exists in the following materialized views as they all relate to Tender
Performance
1) F_TEND_PERF_DAY_MV
2) F_TEND_PERF_MONTH_MV
3) F_TEND_PERF_QTR_MV
4) F_TEND_PERF_WEEK_MV
5) F_TEND_PERF_YEAR_MV
6) F_TEND_PERF_F_MONTH_MV
7) F_TEND_PERF_F_QTR_MV
8) F_TEND_PERF_F_WEEK_MV
9) F_TEND_PERF_F_YEAR_MV
