Symptoms

Supplier Management Administrator and Supplier Data Librarian navigations get errors when trying to use Supplier Lifecycle Management SLM and Supplier Hub features.

Navigate as follows:
1. Site Management Administrator->Setup -Geocoder
(Error Page: You have encountered an unexpected error. Please contact the System Administrator for assistance. )
2. Site Management Administrator-> Setup -> Import Interface
(Error Page: You have encountered an unexpected error. Please contact the System Administrator for assistance. )
3. Supplier Data Librarian Super User->Administration ->View concurrent Request
(Error Page: You have encountered an unexpected error. Please contact the System Administrator for assistance. )
4. Supplier Engineering –>Issue Management- >Create issue
(Error: Category Issue and Idea are not allowed since PLM is not installed.)
5. Supplier Engineering ->Idea Management-> Create Idea
(Error: Category Issue and Idea are not allowed since PLM is not installed.)
6. Supplier Management Administrator->Supplier Qualification and Evaluation
(Error Page: You have encountered an unexpected error. Please contact the System Administrator for assistance. )
7. Supplier Management User-> Supplier Home
(Error Page : You have encountered an unexpected error. Please contact the System Administrator for assistance. )
8. Supplier Profile Administrator
