On : 12.1.3 version, Shopping Cart Related

When attempting to place order with customer part number, the following error occurs.

Error messages from Order Management
Error in Line: 1.0 :Item Validation Resulted in error(s).
There is an error in order submission.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login as B2B
2. Carts > Direct Item Entry
3. Enter Customer Part Number, press Fill details to see item details
4. Add to Cart
5. Checkout
6. Place Order
