Symptoms

On : 12.0.5 version, Security Issues

Since upgrading from R11i to R12.1, when attempting to run their security list maintenance request set,
the following error occurs.
Running the 'Security List Maintenance' concurrent process alone (outside any request set) does not cause the error

ORACLE error 60 in FDPSTP

Cause: FDPSTP failed due to ORA-00060: deadlock detected while waiting for resource
ORA-06512: at "APPS.PAY_PYUCSLIS_PKG", line 1997
ORA-06512: at "APPS.PAY_PYUCSLIS_PKG", line 5933
ORA-06512: at "APPS.PAY_PYUCSLIS_PKG", line 54
