Pension Auto Enrollment - Letter Is Generated Again For Employees Going From 'Non Eligible' To 'Worker'

GB Pension Auto Enrolment Communication Letters
Letter is generated in the 1st pay period for people who are Non Eligible. If the employee earns less than a threshold value and if it falls under Worker category the letter is generated again in the subsequent pay period. This is incorrect, once the letter is generated for higer band it should not be generated again if the employees moves to a lower band. For ex. if the employee is eligible in the first pay period and lettter is generated, in the subsequent week the letter is not generated even if the person becomes to Non-eligible
